'Cops not bhagwan': CAT quashes IG's suspension for RCB stampede

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has overturned the suspension of IPS officer Vikash Kumar Vikash, attributing the Chinnaswamy Stadium incident, which resulted in 11 deaths, to Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) invitation of a massive crowd without police consent.
