High court fines Union government Rs 3 lakh for filing 'baseless' pleas against CAT order

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has rejected 30 petitions from the Jabalpur ordnance factory against a Central Administration Tribunal (CAT) order that favored factory employees. The court also levied a ₹3 lakh fine on the Union government for submitting 'baseless' petitions.
