Saturday, 12 July 2025 An Air India flight AI-171 crashed after taking off from Ahmedabad. The fuel supply to both engines cut off seconds after takeoff. Pilots denied cutting off the fuel. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau released a preliminary report. A previous FAA bulletin highlighted potential fuel control switch issues.
