Bengaluru stampede: Karnataka govt blames RCB management for crowd surge that killed 11; cites Virat Kohli video

The Karnataka government has blamed Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) management for a deadly stampede outside M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4, which resulted in 11 fatalities. According to a report submitted to the High Court, RCB, along with DNA Networks and KSCA, organized a victory celebration without consulting the police or obtaining necessary permissions.
