Delhi govt requests SC to review 2018 blanket ban affecting middle class the most

IndiaTimes Saturday, 26 July 2025

The government argues that newer BS-VI vehicles are much cleaner. They want a scientific study on the ban's necessity. The current rule disproportionately affects the middle class.
