Char Dham project in current form could spell disaster: Experts

Two experts from an SC-appointed committee have cautioned that the Char Dham road widening project in the Bhagirathi eco-sensitive zone, if executed as planned, risks causing ecological disaster. Their warning follows an August 5th flood that mirrored their earlier predictions about unstable slopes.
