Monday, 18 August 2025 () Ajmir Sheik Mohammed was arrested in Chennai for smoking on an Indigo flight from Kuwait. Fellow passengers complained about cigarette smoke. The flight crew confronted Ajmir, who admitted to smoking in the lavatory. He was made to sign an unruly passenger form.
