OTT platform founder Akshay Bardapurkar, associates booked for forgery, cheating, and fraudulent loans following Bombay HC directions
Friday, 22 August 2025 () Akshay Bardapurkar, the Planet Marathi founder, faces charges. Mulund Police filed an FIR against him and others. The charges include forgery and fraudulent loan transactions. Film producer Soumya Vilekar filed a petition. She alleges a fabricated partnership deed was used to secure loans. Loans from Axis Bank and Deutsche Bank are under scrutiny.
