Sedentary lifestyle impacts reproductive health of men and women: Study

Research indicates a link between sedentary lifestyles and reproductive issues, contributing to infertility in both men and women. A French study involving fertile and infertile couples revealed that infertile men were more prone to metabolic syndrome and engaged in less vigorous activity. While physical activity levels were similar, sedentary behavior inversely correlated with activity only in infertile men.
