RCB Moves High Court Against CAT Order Blaming It For Chinnaswamy Stampede That Killed 11

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) had said Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are "prima facie responsible" for the stampede that occurred outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4 and killed 11 people during the team's IPL victory celebrations.
