MIT community rallies against anti-Israel chants

Over 600 alumni, faculty, and students of MIT have urged the university's president to take action against the spread of slogans and acts that threaten the safety of Jewish and Israeli students. The plea comes after an anti-Israel protest where calls for "intifada" were heard. In a letter to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, the group expressed concern over offensive messages and hateful language directed towards Jewish and Israeli bystanders. They demanded disciplinary actions against individuals and organizations responsible.
