Thousands of Ukrainian children taken to Belarus: Yale research

IndiaTimes Thursday, 16 November 2023
Research conducted by Yale University has revealed that over 2,400 children from Ukraine, aged between six and 17 years old, have been taken to 13 facilities across Belarus since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The report suggests that the children were transported from various cities in Ukraine to Belarus in an ongoing practice facilitated by Russia and coordinated by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko.
