Man killed and a woman injured in a 'targeted' afternoon shooting at a Florida shopping mall
Sunday, 24 December 2023 A man was targeted and killed in a shooting at a shopping mall in Ocala, Florida. The suspect, described as a male with a red cap and dark clothing, fled the scene. A woman was also shot in the leg but is expected to recover. Other mall patrons suffered injuries as well. The incident, which occurred at Paddock Mall, was not considered an active shooter situation. Police are asking for the public's help in providing any mobile phone video of the shooting scene.
