Russia says Ukraine makes 60-drone attack on Russia, oil refinery halted
Sunday, 19 May 2024 () Ukraine launched nine US ATACMS missiles towards Crimea and conducted an assault on Russian territories using a minimum of 60 drones in a significant offensive, leading to the shutdown of an oil refinery in southern Russia, as reported by Russian officials on Sunday. The Russian air defences intercepted and destroyed nine ATACMS missiles over Crimea.
Russia pummeled Ukraineβs energy infrastructure with a large-scale drone and missile attack on Saturday, injuring at least 19 people, local officials said.
