Zookeeper mauled to death by lion in Nigeria after leaving protective gate open

Babaji Daule, a zookeeper at the Presidential Library Wildlife Park in Abeokuta, Nigeria, was killed by a lion after leaving the protective gate open during feeding. Authorities intervened and shot the lion to prevent further harm. This marks the second fatal lion attack on a Nigerian zookeeper within a year, raising safety concerns.
