'Biggest fraud': Elon Musk says millions listed in social security database are over 100 years old

Historical audits showed many listed individuals are long deceased, with some fraud or multiple Social Security numbers involved. Only 44,000 receive benefits, and some fraud cases linked to incorrect numbers were found.
