Hong Kong property developer Lee Shau Kee dies at 97

Hong Kong property tycoon Lee Shau Kee, who was instrumental in building Henderson Land Development, passed away at 97. He was known for his significant contributions to the real estate industry and philanthropy, including support for education. He was Hong Kong's second-richest person with $29.2 billion and was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2007.
