Gas prices set to drop significantly in Canada as Carbon Tax ends April 1

Canada's federal consumer carbon price will end on April 1. This could lower gas prices by 15 to 16 cents per litre and diesel by up to 20 cents per litre. The carbon rebate program will also end in April. Consumers may save approximately $300 annually despite fluctuations in the global oil market.
