Brazil Flood Emergency has gripped the region of Rio de Janeiro, especially Angra dos Reis, after more than 324 mm of rain caused widespread destruction. The Brazil Flood Emergency led to landslides, severe flooding, and over 346 people being left homeless. Civil Defence issued alerts across 46 neighborhoods, urging evacuations and setting up emergency shelters. The Brazil Flood Emergency declaration allows access to critical relief resources and fast-track rescue operations.
