It's that time of the year again for one of the largest free arts festivals in the country, Artscape.
Next weekend, the booths and stages will take over Mount Royal.
The festival's director and COO from the Baltimore Office of Promotions and the Arts, Kathy Hornig, and one of this year's musical guests, Funsho, preview this year's Artscape.
