Eighteen-year-old Paycin Kritlow was shot and killed in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday, July 19.

He just graduated from South Dearborn High School the day before.

"He was a lot of fun.

It's also atragedy for all of ourstudents."POLICE SAY HE WASSHOT AND KILLED BY WILLIAMBAKER OUTSIDE OF THIS HOME INRURAL DEARBORN COUNTY.AFTERBAKER WAS TOLD BY HIS DAUGHTERTHAT SHE HAD BEEN SEXUALLYASSULTED.

HIS DAUGHTER WOULDLATER TELL DETECTIVES THAT ITNEVER HAPPENED.BAKER IDCHARGED WITH MURDER.NOW THECOMMUNITY..
