Heavy downpour has caused a flood-like situation in several villages of Odisha's Dhenkanal.

Normal life has been severely disrupted due to the situation.

A snake was seen swimming in flood water.

"Our whole village has submerged into flood water.

Due to continuous rain, water level increased in several rivers.

Our property has been swept in flood water.

Every year we face this tragedy," said a villager.
