Less than a week after making it off the statewide COVID-19 watch list, Orange County is now in the worst level of the new tiered system for reopening that Gov. Newsom unveiled on Friday.
Glenn County has seen a reduction in positive coronavirus cases and positivity rate allowing the county to be taken off a list that required additional closures to certain businesses.
