Police in New York are asking for help in finding a black man wearing a dress and stockings and with a pink sweatband on his head after he chased and stabbed a 52-year-old man multiple times.The incident that happened in an underground car park was captured on CCTV and the footage has now been released in the hope that the name of the attacker can be revealed.The victim, who has not been identified, was filmed being attacked in the city's Greenwich Village area on Monday, August 24.
