Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti asked the Centre to start a dialogue with Pakistan to stop the bloodshed in Jammu and Kashmir. The PDP president visited Logripora Aishmuqam area of in Kashmir’s Anantnag district to express her condolences to the family of J&K Police Constable Suhail Ahmad who was killed in the terrorist attack in the Baghat area of the city on February 19. Besides Ahmad, another police personnel lost his life in the Baghat attack. Mufti said, “Till when the people of J&K, its policemen and youth will continue to sacrifice their lives. This (the Kashmir issue) is a huge issue and this issue should be resolved so that the bloodshed in J&K stops and the people here live in peace.” She added, “The BJP government should think and start the process of dialogue with Pakistan, so that the bloodshed is stopped.” Watch the full video for more.

Our farmers can give lives but can’t be anti-nationals,” said Kejriwal. He added, “Today, BJP's central government has filed sedition cases against farmers. Strategic Srinagar-Leh highway opened by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) after over 58 days. The highway was closed due to the thick layer of snow. Snow clearance of Zojila Pass was a big challenge owing to snow accumulation of 30-40 feet, threats of avalanches and inclement weather conditions. Inspite of all odds, the snow clearance operations had been conducted and completed by BRO. This road is important from the strategic point of view, being the only route between Kashmir and Ladakh. The route is a lifeline for the survival and economic development of people of Ladakh and for the security forces.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and BJP President JP Nadda addressed social workers in Varanasi on February 28. Highlighting path breaking reforms brought by centre government, JP Nadda spoke about the abolishment of triple talaq. He said that Islamic nations like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq and Syria don't have triple talaq but it used to exist in India. "And we used to hail ourselves as progressive," he added. The trials are being conducted screening committee under the supervision of Divisional Sports Officer at Multi Sports Activity Centre, Gindun Stadium in Rajbagh, Srinagar. A youth from Kashmir is making the valley proud by his efforts towards the society. Ehtisham Khan bagged Youth Icon Award for his contribution and participation in the field of sports, social work and representing the Nation (India) at different International platforms. The Association of People of Asia's Jammu and Kashmir chapter felicitated Ehtisham Khan with the prestigious award. Ehtisham hails from Srinagar's Batamaloo and he is pursuing his bachelor's degree in engineering. He started his career in snow skiing and represented J-K, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh at the national level in snow skiing. Khan is also a bronze medalist in rock climbing, an ultra-marathon runner, a mountain biker and a founding member of the J-K Mountain Biking Association. The award was conferred in recognition of his contribution to society, sports and for representing India at different international platforms. APA aims to promote peace, create conditions for social betterment and communal harmony. Ehtisham Khan is pursuing a degree in Engineering from Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology.
