Leopard falls into trap set up by forest officials

A leopard was captured in Nashik by Forest Department officials on January 14.

After medical formalities, the wild animal will be released into the wilderness.

Speaking to ANI, Forest Service Officer, Pankaj Garg said, "We got information 4-5 days prior.

We set a cage yesterday and captured the animal.

We will release it after veterinary checkup and installing a microchip as per Ministry of Forest rules."
