A statue of Mahatma Gandhi was vandalised in the city of Davis in the US state of California sparking outrage among the Indian American community.
The 6 ft tall, 294 kg statue was found sawed off from the ankle and with the face severed lying on the ground early morning by a park employee on January 27.
