Major General HS Sahi, General Officer Commanding of Kilo Force, commented on the situation in North Kashmir.
He said that there are no takers for calls to pelt stones, or engage in 'bandh' in the region any more.
He added that the situation is peaceful and stable, and under the control of security forces.
Terror recruitment in the region has also declined drastically, Maj Gen Sahi said.
