The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday it would dismiss a murder charge against Kimberly Long and not seek a retrial in the killing of her boyfriend in 2003.
The employee accused of opening fire inside a Long Island Stop & Shop was arraigned Wednesday. Gabriel Dewitt Wilson is charged with murder and attempted murder; CBS2's Jennifer McLogan reports.
