Rajasthan HC sends notice to Centre over inadequate supply of Oxygen, Remdesivir injections

Rajasthan High Court sent notice to Central and state governments after a PIL issued against Centre for discriminating against Rajasthan in supply of oxygen and Remdesivir injections.

"Rajasthan High Court has sent notices to Central and state governments on my PIL in which I stated that the Centre is discriminating against Rajasthan in supply of oxygen and Remdesivir injections.

Next date of hearing is April 30," said petitioner Poonam Chandra Bhandari.
