Daunte Wright and his friend were pulled over by police.
He was asked to step out of the car.
He was going to be arrested for a warrant and he tried to drive off.
Kim Potter yelled "Taser, taser, taser" and instead of pulling a taser she had pulled her firearm.
She shot him once and he died on the scene.
She was charged and sentenced to 2 years.
