Estonian FM says one percent of US GDP should go to Ukraine
Whether or not Ukraine will get battle tanks is under discussion today, as EU foreign ministers meet in brussels.
Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu says his country will contribute one-percent of its gross domestic product towards aid for Ukraine.
Foreign Minister Reinsalu is calling on Americans to do the same.
