On Friday, Israel's foreign ministry said that seven people were killed and 10 were injured in a synagogue shooting attack on the outskirts of Jerusalem.
Israel's ambulance service revealed the death toll to be at five.
They said that another five people were wounded and transported to hospitals, including a 70-year-old woman.
In a major battlefield blow, five Israeli soldiers were killed and two critically wounded after a booby-trapped building exploded during a raid in Khan Yunis, Gaza. Palestinian resistance groups, including Al-Qassam and Al-Quds Brigades, launched coordinated attacks, destroying Israeli military vehicles in Jabaliya and Khan Yunis. Israeli rescue operations followed under heavy fire. Meanwhile, Israeli strikes killed 52 Palestinians, including civilians and journalists, as Eid al-Adha prayers echoed through Gaza's war-torn skies.
