The 95th Academy Awards ceremony featured a contentious statement made by the show's host, Jimmy Kimmel, when he referred to RRR as a 'Bollywood movie'.
He was spotted being led away by dancers performing Naatu Naatu on stage as he announced the first prize category.
Instead of playing the winners offstage during the 95th Academy Awards, Jimmy announced that a bunch of RRR artists will dance them offstage.
Subsequently, he also referred to the SS Rajamouli directorial as a 'Bollywood movie'.
