Royal biographer Hugo Vickers said the King's return to duties is a sign he is "on the way to recovery." Buckingham Palace confirmed today that His Majesty The King will shortly return to public-facing duties after a period of treatment and recuperation following his recent cancer diagnosis. Former Post Office boss Angela van den Bogerd has left the Post Office inquiry after her second day of giving evidence.
