In 1985, before the breakup of the Soviet Union, a jet plane disappeared in a remote region along the British Columbia coast.

Though fisherman heard the jet struggling through a snowstorm and later saw a flare, the plane was never found or recorded missing.

In September, 2017, the captain of that boat went back to find it.

There, he has a foreboding dream about North America's future .
