NASA announces Artemis II Moon Mission crew, names first woman, Black astronauts | Oneindia News
NASA’s Artemis II mission, the first crewed mission on the American space agency's path to establishing a long-term presence at the Moon for science and exploration through Artemis, is all set to send four astronauts to the moon in 2024.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) on Monday named its first astronaut crew bound for the moon in more than 50 years.
SpaceX launches 50th Dragon spacecraft to ISS on resupply mission for NASA
Sunday's launch was the 50th time a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft has visited the International Space Station; the first time was in May 2012 for a resupply demonstration.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that Moscow continues scientific cooperation with Western experts despite heavy sanctions and political isolation. Speaking in Sarov, Russia’s nuclear hub, Putin insisted that science, like art and sports, cannot be destroyed by politics. He revealed that joint projects persist in nuclear, space, and medical research, even with some NATO states, while new ventures in nuclear medicine are emerging. According to Putin, Russia lost Finland as a partner but continues work with France, Germany, and Hungary through Rosatom. He stressed that Russia still supplies nuclear fuel and services to “unfriendly” countries, hinting that departing partners may eventually return. Putin also warned the West that restricting academic and scientific ties will inflict long-term damage. Despite sanctions, Russia and the U.S. recently extended collaboration on the International Space Station and discussed future lunar and deep-space missions.
