In the letter, the jailed AAP leader said he was feeling lonely and depressed and requested to lodge two more persons with him for social interaction based on his doctor's suggestion.
The Supreme Court granted bail to AAP leader Sanjay Singh in the Delhi excise policy case on Tuesday, as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) chose not to contest the bail plea.
