Mario returns to save the day and defeat Bowser in the highly praised Super Mario Bros.

3 (NES).

This game introduces an overworld map including 8 distinct worlds with levels, castles, and mini-games.

Also introduced is an inventory system as well as many new power-ups, such as super leaf, tanooki suit, frog suit, ā€œPā€ wing and more.

I will be playing the version that was released as part of the Super Mario ALLSTARS cartridge because that was how I played it growing up.
