Trump Gag Order Reinstated in Fraud Case

Trump Gag Order , Reinstated in Fraud Case.

In early October, Judge Arthur Engoron issued a gag order preventing Donald Trump from making comments about court staff, Fox News reports.

.

Trump violated the order twice and was fined a total of $15,000.

Judge Engoron also threatened him with imprisonment.

.

But on Nov.

16, appeals court Judge David Friedman lifted the gag order, citing Trump's First Amendment rights.

In another turn of events, on Nov.

30, the gag order was reinstated by a New York appellate court.

.

Judge Engoron commented on the development.

.

I intend to enforce the gag orders rigorously and vigorously.

I want to make sure that counsel informs their clients of the fact that the stay was vacated, Judge Engoron, via statement.

Trump’s attorney, Chris Kise, responded by saying, “It is a tragic day for the rule of law, but we’re aware,” CNN reports.

.

“It is what it is,” Engoron said.

.

Trump, who is being sued for allegedly committing fraud by inflating his net worth to attain better loans and insurance policies, has consistently denied the charges.

He has also claimed that his net worth is actually more than previously stated.

.

There was no victim here — the banks were represented by the best, biggest, most prestigious law firms in the state of New York — actually in the country, some of the biggest law firms, Donald Trump, via statement.

The banks got back their money, there was never a default, it was never a problem, everything was perfect.

There was no crime, Donald Trump, via statement

Trump Nominates Tammy Bruce To UN Post In Bold ‘America First’ Move Amid Foreign Policy Battles

President Donald Trump has nominated State Department spokesperson and longtime Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce as the next U.S. deputy representative to the United Nations. Bruce, a fierce defender of Trump’s “America First” policies, has served as State Department spokesperson since his inauguration in January. Known for defending the administration’s tough stances on immigration, Russia’s war in Ukraine, and Israel’s Gaza offensive, Bruce is expected to bring combative rhetoric to the UN stage. Her appointment will require Senate confirmation, where Republicans hold a majority. Trump praised her “fantastic job” at State, while Bruce called the role an honor and vowed to continue advancing U.S. priorities abroad. She will serve under Mike Waltz, Trump’s pick for UN envoy, whose confirmation is pending. The move signals Trump’s push for loyalist voices in high-profile diplomatic posts at a time of intense geopolitical tensions. #Trump #TammyBruce #UnitedNations #USPolitics #AmericaFirst #FoxNews #ForeignPolicy #SenateConfirmation #MikeWaltz #GazaWar #UkraineWar #Russia #Israel #ImmigrationPolicy #UNDiplomacy #WhiteHouse #PoliticalAppointments #USNews #GlobalPolitics #BreakingNews ~HT.178~GR.124~ED.346~

Trump Aide Accuses India Of Bankrolling Russia’s War By Buying Oil, Warns Of 100% Tariffs Soon

In a scathing rebuke, top Trump aide Stephen Miller has accused India of "financing Russia’s war in Ukraine" by continuing to import oil from Moscow. Speaking on Fox News, Miller expressed alarm over India’s near-parity with China in buying Russian crude — calling it an “astonishing fact.” This comes after President Trump, escalating economic pressure, imposed a 25% tariff on Indian goods and warned of a potential 100% tariff on imports from countries dealing with Russia. Indian officials, however, remain firm on maintaining ties with Moscow for oil purchases. The Indian Embassy in Washington has not responded, but sources told Reuters that New Delhi will not bow to threats. Miller noted Trump's "tremendous" relationship with PM Modi, but the strong rhetoric signals a shift. The stakes are high, and tensions are brewing as Trump's foreign policy sharpens its focus on global alignments. #Trump #India #RussiaUkraineWar #RussianOil #StephenMiller #Modi #Tariffs #USIndiaTensions #OilImports #Geopolitics #BreakingNews #FoxNews #IndoPacific #TrumpAdministration #USIndiaRelations #EnergyCrisis #Reuters #TradeWar #Moscow #Ukraine ~HT.410~GR.122~

Trump SUFFERS Big after Links with Epstein REVEALED | Trump’s Approval ratings fall to a new low

Donald Trump’s approval ratings have hit a second-term low across major polls. Reuters/Ipsos shows just 40% support, while Gallup reports 37%. Even traditionally favorable outlets like Fox News show net disapproval. Swing states such as Florida, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin report negative ratings, with Trump underwater in 13 of 31 states he won in 2024. Key issues include dissatisfaction over his tariff policies and handling of the Epstein case. Voters give him mixed marks on the economy and immigration. #TrumpApproval #2025Polls #DisapprovalSurge #SwingStatesShift #TrumpUnderwater #ElectionWatch #GOPWoes #TariffBacklash #EpsteinControversy #MidtermMomentum #PollTrends #PoliticalTurbulence #TrumpRatings #PublicOpinion #PresidentialApproval #RedStateBlues #TrumpVsVoters #SecondTermStruggles #TrumpControversies #USPolitics #GallupPoll #FoxNewsPoll #ReutersIpsos #SwingStateWatch #BreakingPolls #VoterBacklash Also Read US Prez Trump Announces New US Tariffs - Full List of Affected Nations :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/us-prez-trump-announces-new-us-tariffs-full-list-of-affected-nations-011-7817571.html?ref=DMDesc They Can Take Their Dead Economies Down Together: Donald Trump Slams India, Russia :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/they-can-take-their-dead-economies-down-together-donald-trump-slams-india-russia-7816541.html?ref=DMDesc After Tariffs, Trump Administration Sanctions 6 Indian Companies For Trading With Iran :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/after-tariffs-trump-administration-sanctions-6-indian-companies-for-trading-with-iran-011-7816493.html?ref=DMDesc ~HT.318~ED.103~GR.122~
