A Hezbollah fighter was killed and four others injured in a deadly Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon's Nabatieh province. The IDF targeted a motorcycle in the Bint Jbeil district, reportedly eliminating Haitham Mohammad Idris, a known Hezbollah member. This marks yet another escalation despite a fragile ceasefire in place since November 27.
Earlier the same day, Israeli forces also dropped stun grenades and opened fire in Ramieh village. Lebanese officials have condemned the strikes as a âflagrant violationâ of the truce, while tensions continue to rise over disputed border areas still occupied by Israeli forces.
As ceasefire violations multiply and regional instability grows, the nearly 14-month-long conflict between Israel and Hezbollah shows no sign of slowing. Could this be the beginning of another full-scale war?
