At the Paris Olympics, two boxers, Imane Khelif from Algeria and Lin Yu-ting from Taiwan, have advanced to gold medal matches in their respective weight categories at the Paris Olympics.
These athletes have been at the center of controversy due to questions about their eligibility to compete in women's events.
The IBA had found XY chromosomes in their DNA last year.
Despite this the athletes have reached Finals of Paris Olympics.
A former U.S. Army analyst, 25-year-old Korbein Schultz, has been sentenced to 7 years in prison for leaking top-secret military information to a contact he believed was linked to the Chinese government. Schultz admitted to selling sensitive data from 2022 to 2024—including info on U.S. troop movements, missile systems, and lessons from Ukraine—for $42,000. The case raises serious national security concerns, with leaked documents also covering Taiwan and NATO strategy. Schultz even tried to recruit others. Was it greed, ideology—or something darker?
