Ukraine and Russia complete second prisoner swap agreed during Istanbul talks
The exchange began on Monday for soldiers aged between 18-25, focusing on seriously wounded and sick Ukrainian service members, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram.

Zelensky will resign and leave Ukraine, former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov has predicted, citing what he described as a US-backed effort to remove the country’s leader. In a post on Telegram on Sunday, Azarov suggested that the decision to remove Zelensky from power “has already been made in the US” and that Washington has given the “go-ahead” for his ouster. He wrote that although the Ukrainian leader has support in Europe, it is unlikely to change anything and will “hardly help” him.

France has denied allegations of interfering in Romania’s presidential elections after Telegram founder Pavel Durov claimed a “Western European government” asked him to block Romanian conservatives ahead of the vote. Durov hinted at France with a baguette emoji and accused French intel chief Nicolas Lerner of personally approaching him.
