An encouraging study found nearly four in 10 children outgrow autism.
Researchers from Boston Children’s Hospital followed 213 children who were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as toddlers, and concluded 37% of children no longer met the criteria for an autism diagnosis by the time they reached 5 to 7 years old.
