Tories: Labour's record on small boat crossings 'appalling'
The government are set to announce tighter rules which will make it more difficult for refugees to bring family members into the country.
Speaking ahead of the announcement, shadow home secretary Chris Philp said people who enter the country illegally by boat "shouldn't be bringing any family members over".
