Arindam Bagchi: Indian diplomat & Spokesperson of Indian Foreign Ministry
Arindam Bagchi is an Indian diplomat and civil services officer. He is a 1995 batch officer of the Indian Foreign Service. He was appointed the Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs in March 2021. On 16 October 2023, he was appointed India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations at Geneva. He will succeed Indra Mani Pandey and is expected to join the post soon.
