'Leave as soon as possible': Centre's advice to Indian citizens in violence-hit Niger

As violence grips Niger, the Centre on Friday advised Indian citizens residing in the troubled African nation to leave the country "as soon as possibe"."In light of the prevailing situation, Indian nationals whose presence is not essential are advised to leave the country as soon as possible," external affairs ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said.
