Ranganathan Madhavan well known as R. Madhavan is an Indian actor, writer, director, and producer who predominantly appears in Tamil and Hindi movies. Over the course of his career, he has been a recipient of several accolades including one National Film Award, four Filmfare Awards South and one Tamil Nadu State Film Award. Currently, he serves as the President of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune.
