But, that is different from the case of the retired Chief Justice Sie-A-Nyene Yuoh, who, because of her retirement, the government lawyers now asking for her recusal from the appeal hearing against the US$6milion economic sabotage case involving former Finance Minister Samuel Tweah and his co-defendants.
