Google set to hire former Apple executive as India policy head
Tuesday, 4 July 2023 Google is expected to hire Sreenivasa Reddy, a senior engineering executive at Microsoft, as its top government affairs executive in India. Reddy's experience will help Google expand hardware assembly in the country, such as its Pixel range, possibly leading to the manufacturing of more Google hardware, in the face of regulatory challenges.
